Notice of Temporary Closure Due to Mandatory Electrical Inspection

We sincerely appreciate your continued support of Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. In accordance with the Electricity Business Act, we will be conducting a mandatory inspection of our electrical systems. During this time, the entire hotel will experience a full power outage for maintenance. Please see the schedule for the closure and outage below:

Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 11:00 a.m. – Saturday, January 17, 2026, 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, January 14, 2026 (all day)

• •We will not be able to store luggage after check-out on Tuesday, January 13. Additionally, the parking lot will be unavailable throughout the closure.
• •Our phone lines will be disconnected during the closure. If you need to contact us by phone, please do so after 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 16.
• •Check-in on Saturday, January 17 will be available from 3:00 p.m.
